Nicolas Ghesquiere for Balenciaga departure
One news that made my day a little greyer yesterday was learning through Twitter about Ghesquiere leaving the legendary house of Balenciaga after 15 years collaboration . His last collection was just weeks ago in Paris and this breaking news took over the social media fashion world in a heartbeat. He gave Style.com an interview after his latest runway - which turned out to be his last.

TRIPPEN - minimalist shoes at its best
Im literally trippin. This Germany based company offers every SINGLE pair of shoes i could possibly die to buy. this is almost insulting. i feel robbed. I'm predicting a total devoting to them for all my next statement shoes. You can pick your leather colour from a very vast choice and most pair are being made to order, so you might wanna be patient to get your exclusive precious pair... still TOTALLY worth it.
Im still debating which pair of boot to get in all these following but you can be certain that these white strappy sandals are MINE.

Maison Martin Margiela for H&M favourite picks
Only 10 short nights of tormented sleep until you can catch me at 4am with my ski suit waiting for my bracelet to get in my local H&M. Personally never been such a big fan of H&Ms limited collections-Stella McCartney and Karl Lagerfelds collections being the only exceptions, but Christmas is early for me this year.
Talk about essential statement pieces.
